• It is a small kitchen, semi open to the dining room and renovated 8 years ago.

• The only kitchenware available is 6 glasses, 6 plates of each type, 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 spoons, 2 pans, 2 pots and pallets for cooking.

• The kitchen has:

-Washing machine.

-Fridge.

-Vitroceramic.

-Extractor.

-Oven.

-Microwave.

-100 L heater for the shower.

Repairs of apartment, according to LAU:

House's rules

• No parties.

• Maximum 3 guest among all flatmates.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• No pets allowed.

Rent conditions

•  La reserva:

Cuando realizas la reserva de tu habitación, el importe aportado corresponderá a tu primer mes de alquiler según contrato.

• Depósito:

El día de tu llegada entregarás 300€ de depósito y helloflatmate se lo transferirá al propietario.

La devolución del depósito está 100% garantizada, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones del contrato.

• Suministros:

Cada 5 meses de contrato se aportan 200€ en concepto de  Adelanto de suministros.

En los contratos de 5 meses se entregará en el mes 2 de contrato.

En los contratos de 10 meses se harán dos entregas, la primera en el mes 2 de contrato y la segunda en el mes 7 de contrato.

En ambos casos se regularizará con las facturas reales, en el caso de que no se haya consumido toda la aportación se devolverá la diferencia.

En caso de superarla te avisaremos para regularizar.

• Internet:

Con internet trabajamos con una tarifa plana que son 75€ cada 5 meses de contrato.

• Tasa:  

helloflatmate cobra una tasa de 150€ más iva (181,50€) por la tramitación del contrato de  y entrega para el registro en el organismo público competente.
