House's rules

No parties

For your safety, ours and the good coexistence with the neighbors, parties are not allowed.

No pets

We love them! But unfortunately we could not welcome all of them.

Smoking is not allowed

Rent conditions

The reserve

When you book your studio, the amount paid corresponds to your first month's rent, according to the contract.

Deposit

The day of your arrival you will leave € 300 in deposit.

The return of the deposit is 100% guaranteed, provided that the conditions of the contract are met.

Supplies

The day of your arrival you must pay € 200 for 5 months (electricity, water, gas). It will be regularized with the actual invoices of the companies.

WIFI

The day of your arrival you must pay € 80 for 5 months, it is a fixed fee.

Agency fee

The fee is 1 month's rent, plus vat.

"Check out" cleaning

Along with the rent of the las month of the contract, the amount of €50 will be paid for deep cleaning

Textiles are not included in the rooms: bed linen, pillows or towels
