Repairs of apartment, according to LAU:

De lunes a viernes de 10 a 18 h.
Fuera de este horario tendrá un coste extra de 30 €.
Tienes la opción de contratar nuestro Pick Up Service por 90 € y te recogeremos con tu equipaje en el aeropuerto o estación de tren o bus.
Check Out
The tenants' departure is before 9 a.m. on the day of check out.
Rent conditions
Depósito
El día de tu llegada dejarás 300 € en depósito.
La devolución del depósito está 100% garantizada, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones del contrato.
Suministros
El día de tu llegada deberás pagar 200€ para 5 meses (electricidad, agua, gas). Se regularizará con las facturas reales de las compañías.
WIFI
El día de tu llegada debes entregar 80€ para 5 meses, es una tasa fija.
Tasa de la agencia para la tramitación del contrato.
La tasa es de 300€ + IVA, es decir, 363€
Limpieza check out
Junto a la renta del último mes de contrato se abonará la cantidad de 35€ en concepto de limpieza a fondo
En las habitaciones no se incluye el textil: ropa de cama, almohadas ni toallas
