• The only kitchenware available is 6 glasses, 6 plates of each type, 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 spoons, 2 pans, 2 pots and pallets for cooking

Bills

In any of our rooms, apart from the monthly rent, YOU HAVE TO DELIVER:

DEPOSIT: € 300 is delivered the day of your arrival and will be returned at the end of the contract.

SUPPLIES: € 200 for 5 months (electricity, water, gas). It will be regularized with the actual bills of the companies.

WIFI: € 75 for 5 months, it is a fixed rate.

FEE: € 300 plus VAT. What is the fee? helloflatmate charges a commission of € 300 plus VAT (€ 363) for processing the contract.

Repairs of apartment, according to LAU:

• The owner will be obliged to pay the repairs required by law  without the right of raise the rent to any of the tenants.

• The tenant must pay for the small repairs required by the law.

No parties

For your safety, ours and the good coexistence with the neighbors, parties are not allowed.

No pets

We love them! But unfortunately we could not welcome all of them.

Rent conditions

The reserve

When you book your studio, the amount paid corresponds to your first month's rent, according to the contract.

Deposit

The day of your arrival you will leave € 300 in deposit.

The return of the deposit is 100% guaranteed, provided that the conditions of the contract are met.

Supplies

The day of your arrival you must pay € 200 for 5 months (electricity, water, gas). It will be regularized with the actual invoices of the companies.

Agency fee for processing the contract.

The rate is € 300 + VAT, that is, € 363

"Check out" cleaning

Along with the rent of the las month of the contract, the amount of €35 will be paid for deep cleaning

Textiles are not included in the rooms: bed linen, pillows or towels
