No parties
For your safety, ours and the good coexistence with the neighbors, parties are not allowed.
No pets
We love them! But unfortunately we could not welcome all of them.
Smoking is not allowed
Check In
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Outside these hours you can pick up the keys in the locker room of our office, at no extra cost.
If you want one of our agents to deliver the keys to the flat outside these hours, there will be an extra cost of 30 € until 21h. After 21h check availability.
Check Out

Rent conditions
The reserve
When you book your studio, the amount paid corresponds to your first month's rent, according to the contract.
Deposit
The day of your arrival you will leave € 300 in deposit.
The return of the deposit is 100% guaranteed, provided that the conditions of the contract are met.
Supplies
The day of your arrival you must pay € 200 for 5 months (electricity, water, gas). It will be regularized with the actual invoices of the companies.
WIFI
The day of your arrival you must pay € 80 for 5 months, it is a fixed fee.
Agency fee
The fee is €380, plus vat (€459'80).
"Check out" cleaning
Along with the rent of the las month of the contract, the amount of €50 will be paid for deep cleaning
Textiles are not included in the rooms: bed linen, pillows or towels

Neighborhood
Benimaclet is a multicultural neighborhood with a lot of personality. In it, working class families coexist with a large number of temporary student residents, mostly international students.
Benimaclet, in my opinion is one of the best connected neighborhoods in the city, by tram to the beach it is less than 10 minutes and from the center it is about a 15 minute walk.
It is a neighborhood with nightlife, both for its restaurants and for the numerous entertainment venues. They have their own cultural agenda, with activities, concerts, monologues etc.
In Benimaclet we have a small list of shared apartments, adapted to students.
