In this time we have been polishing and incorporating ideas from our flatmates, to create the ultimate shared home.

This spectacular 20 m2 suite room with a private bathroom has interior views of the Yecla street park.
The room comes with a large work area.
The marble floors together with the light and cream tones make this suite a perfect place to retreat.
We also highlight the double glazed windows with 2 isolation chambers.

No parties
For your safety, ours and the good coexistence with the neighbors, it is not allowed to have parties in the coliving.
No pets
We love them! But unfortunately in coliving we could not welcome them all.
Smoking is not allowed
Check In
Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Outside these hours it will have an extra cost of € 30, until 9 pm.
You have the option of hiring our Pick Up Service for € 90 and we will pick you up with your luggage at the airport or train or bus station.
Check Out
The tenants' departure is before 9 a.m. the day of check out.
Rent conditions
The reserve
When you book your studio, the amount paid corresponds to your first month's rent, according to the contract.
Deposit
The day of your arrival you will leave € 300 in deposit.
The return of the deposit is 100% guaranteed, provided that the conditions of the contract are met.

Included, up to a maximum of € 40 per month and person
Fee
For the formalization and registration of the contract, the agency charges € 300 +VAT (€ 363).
